NIGD and the Finnish Ministry for Foreing Affairs launched the North-South Dialogues- process in spring 2001. The process was set to develop new ideas about democratizing globalization and to evaluate these ideas and a number of other prominent political initiatives.
The basic aim has been to develop a mpa for concrete actions.
